Cabled floor drain with spartan one by dishwasher area and behind pump line . Cleared both line and ran large amount of water to verify. Broken shut off valve on building 21 for water main. Chipped back concrete to expose good section of pipe. Cut out old pipe and used pro-press fittings and pro-press ball valve. Tested ok. Re cemeted chipped away area and hauled away debris. Expose broken water main coming in to home. Make repair at 3/4 inch pvc line. Test line with full pressure and bury.

Area between buildings 21 & 22 excavate and install 190' of 6" sch 40 pvc install at least 7 - 1' square yard drains install clean-outs so drainage system can be properly maintained saw cut and remove 220 square feet of asphalt lay 55' of sch 40 pvc barricade off roadway and excavate area for 36" squared storm basin saw cut and remove additional 120' of asphalt lay 120' of 16" sdr pvc and back-fill with gravel all asphalt repairs and sod replacement included all disposal fees included area between buildings 24 & 25 excavate and install 230' of 6" sch 40 pvc install at least 7 - 1' square yard drains install clean-outs so drainage system can be properly maintained all sod repairs included

Auger toilet to free obstruction. Installed p-trap and drain on lav. Sink. Called for a pump out and found no tank on site. Old main line is full of roots and sludge. Replaced seats, stems, and added new handles. Replaced tub faucet and customer supplied shower head. Main line stoppage. Cabled and camera main line at city clean out. Replaced 4" outside clean out at street. Pulled and reset toilet in guest bath. Estimate to jet both bath and kitchen Install one advanced tabco hand sink with two new supply lines and removed old sink. Replace septic pump in lift station with new zoeller model 267 115v pump with 1 yr warranty.

Water main break under landscape in front of building 35. Excavate 4' x 4' x 4' access pit to repair broken water main outside of building 35. Shut down water at meter. Cut out broken 90 fitting and cut back pipe to round section of 1" copper. Installed several feet of 1" copper and multiple fittings with pro-pressed couplings and 90's. Back filled and compacted soil around pipe. Cut on water at meter and flushed line to building 35 of possible debris. Installed two hydro-clear fill valves and flappers in both toilets.

Main line stoppage. Ran video inspection and could not see where stoppage was located. Ran cable and could not clear at 75' had to call in second crew to bring out bigger cable and main line camera. Cleared and found section of pipe was broken and many holes in pipe. Pipe is ready to collapse, not much time left. Made video tape for owner and jetted line to clear with mini jetter. Needs to be replaced out to city connection. Installed new kitchen sink strainer. Checked sink faucet and could not find what was wrong. Faucet needs to be replaced.

Install new 6" deflection device for the outlet end of grease trap. Replaced customer supplied fill valve, flapper, flush valve, and supply line. Install glue in angle top for toilet. Kitchen sink stoppage on unit 7586 and 7590. Cable via kitchen sink drain in order to clear stoppage. Install two new traps fore sinks. Roots were found on cable head. Repair needs to be done for proper water flow. Replaced stems, seats, and handles on 2nd bathroom tub/shower. Installed customer supplied shower head. Installed customer supplied lav. Sink faucet.

installed insulation on temp condensation floor drain to keep from sweating. Also cleared blockage from main sanitary condensation line. Met with tony the u.t. A/c guy to discuss plan b option about floor drain problem. Removed temp condensation pump at sparten club and reinstalled condensation lines back to normal condition. Change orders for work in progress. Relocate sink drain 2 times from original contract, includes materials. Run hot water line from water heaters to bathrooms up front and connect, includes materials. Replace 3/4" shut off and hose bib (leaking unable to test rough in for bathrooms) Draw on job in progress. 2nd rough completed. Draw on job in progress. Job completion next week at trim out. Brevard hall mechanical room pump. Replace sensing tube on cal val pressure reducing valve pump #1.

Cabled out 5 compartment sink. Major grease and rice in the line. Flushed as much as possible out of sink. Filled sinks with hot water and soap and flushed all at the same time. Cleared very well. Drain covers come off. Cabled bar floor drain 25ft. Drain is very difficult to get the cable thru. Everything was clear upon departure. Estimate to install customer supplied kitchen faucet. Estimate to replace tub spout. Cable the shower drain 20' through the floor drain. There is water standing 2" inside shower now. Replace the flapper in the toilet in the same bathroom. Cabled the toilet 20' with pistol machine. Flushed toilet with paper to test.

Leak under bathroom sink. Customer supplied pop up that is ovc was leaking and defective. Removed old leaking unit and installed new brass cp pop up. Tested, no leaks. Leak under bathroom sink. Took disposal apart and freed inside parts. Pennies were inside. Cut drywall to access shower valve so i can fix leak in water line. Pull toilet and snake line, reset toilet. Pulled toilet and found object stuck in toilet. Replaced toilet flange.

Reclaimed water tie in did not pass inspection. Added two building ball valve to reclaimed water supply at house. Added a sprinkler box (lockable) landscaping grade to 1" above grade over ball valve. Back filled around sprinkler box with existing rock. Left piping and ball valve exposed for inspector to verify and pass. Set-up air/water separator on compressor. Ran 1/2" copper lines to supply tire changing machine and other various locations. Ran 6 quick connect couplings in all. All piping was strapped to wall every 2 ft. For support. 2" copper leak under sidewalk between building 15 and 14. Jackhammered sidewalk, dug down 4' and repaired 2" copper pipe. Back fill dirt and poured new sidewalk.

Re-pipe entire home from main water feed at foundation including all shut off valves per code. Install new cpvc water lines from exterior of home at existing ball valve. Installed new ball valve at exterior of home, new angle stops at all fixtures, new valves for wash/laundry station, hose bib installed at exterior ball valve. Re-piped all hot and cold lines throughout home to kitchen, single bath, laundry, and to water heater. Hot and cold 3/4" lines ran for ease of access to tie in additional bathroom located in garage at later date per customer request. Second bath not included in this work. Estimate to add in second bathroom fixtures Main line stoppage and was unable to clear with cable. Toilet and shower clogged. Found separated pipe under mobile home and re-glued joint.

Main line stoppage. Ran 50' of 7/8" cable through 3" clean out on wall in back yard and cleared stoppage. Ran camera all the way to tap, line was clear. Installed two fill valves with flappers. Brass craft with korky flappers. Cabled floor drain by popcorn machine and cleared at 15' and found large amounts of grease and popcorn kernels. Recommend jetting line. Had to break tile under station 13 to get to floor drain which was also backed up and full of grease. Cabled and cleared after 4 - 5'.

Had recently replaced the sump pump in sept. 2006 with a five year warranty. Replaced the pump again 9 month later due to collapsed line from lift station to drain field. Cleaned 2500 gal. Grease trap hosed down. Deflection tee is not on outlet. That will cause major problem to city sewer. Will not warranty any work until tee is installed. This is a code violation with the deflection tee.

Auger toilet. Did not fix the problem, needs new toilet. Main line stoppage. Cabled through stack on roof 140' and cleared line. Tested good. Drain field inspection. Cut in hole behind tub drain and removed brass tub drain. Installed a pvc tub drain. Not responsible for patching. 2nd floor family restroom by elevator. Remove ceramic sink and install bradley sink. Cut hole in wall and raise drain and water lines. Drain will have s-trap in line which is not code. Jc penny approved raising drain line and water lines.

Camera line. Found broken 2" sanitary broke into floor and wall. Found broken sanitary cut out broken sanitary line under home. Bottom out tying to bet a spot to make the repair . More problem down l ine. Snaked line tide jetter line on cable. Pould back on cable cable and jetter stuck under home. Possible another brake no broke found but sewer line egg shape. Line was jetted and camera. Clean repairs where made concrete slab to finish tested everything. Good problem with water line need to be repaired.

Vaughn center stoppage on 3rd floor mop sink. Auger 60' using 5/8" cable. Found paint chips and lint and cannot warranty this blockage until line is hydro-scrubbed. Pulled out leaking gaskets at condensation p-traps and replaced. *note: the floor drain is still leaking because the floor drain is not a floor sink and the floor drain is rusted out from years of improper use. Had to install condensation lines directly into sanitary waste to temporarily stop leak and restore normal condensation flow. Main line stoppage. Camera main line found pipe separated between clean out and house. Excavate between house and clean out. Made temp. Repair between cast iron and cleanout. Found bottom of 3" cast rotted out going under house.

Replaced 2" shut off valve for building 4. Exposed 4" ball valve that was malfunctioning. Shut down water and pumped major water out of the hole. Turned off all buildings to keep water flow down. Cut out old valve and replaced with a new 2" ball valve and put a box over it. Cable the bathroom sink 25' through the waste arm. Sink is holding water and backing up constantly. There was an object lodged in the line and removed. Water damage due to burst pipe. Installation of new carpet padding in affected areas. Reinstall existing carpet. Put back of carpet seam in bedroom doorway. Replaced faulty faucet in kitchen with customer supplied new faucet.

Pulled toilet and found q-tips, tampons, tampon applicators, and cotton balls. Removed foreign object from toilet and 4" cast iron drain. Ran 75' of 7/8" cable through flange and pulled more tampons. Ran camera to confirm line is clear. Shut water down and vacuumed up water. Removed concrete from alongside the pipe approx. 1' into the house but under the slab where we located leak on cold water line. Cut out bad section of copper with pin hole and re-routed water main and installed new brass full post shut off valve. Relocated the hose bib in order to cement the wall. Gate valve dropped down on old valve while we were locating the leak. Cemented the wall. Tested, no leaks.

Change out shower valve insides, gerber shower valve cartridge. Main line stoppage. Snaked from roof stack 100' and pulled out what looked like baby wipes. Cleared blockage. Recommend jetting estimate at $1200.00 for whole house. Removed single water cooler then installed new bi-level water cooler. Tested, no leaks.

Main line stoppage downstream of 8" cleanouts at building 12. Cabled through blockage via clean out. Ran jetter out approx. 150' to clear line. Removed large amounts of grease buildup. Camera revealed minimal visibility due to high flow volume. Buildup cleared and flowing well. Water pipe leaking. Installed two 1/2" cpvc ran section of new cpvc 1/2" pipe to washer box with two new boiler drains. Installed connections made with jq speed fit fittings. Capped off 1/2" copper line before stop. Installed 40 gal. Electric water heater with hook ups to cold and hot with jq speed fittings. Installed, tested supplied electric and looks good. No leaks.
