Hooked up new customer supplied water heater with customer supplied parts. Drain pan for water heater with pipe and fittings. Building 10 unit 7903. Kitchen stoppage. Auger from cleanout, sink was full of plaster and paint. Auger with 5/8 cable 50' several times and was only able to open partially. Camera inspected and found direct plaster in the pipe. Recommend pressure jetting to properly clear the line
Company trouble shoot. Water closet is not draining. tried to auger and could not clean, pulled water closet and found roots going through pipe between flange and pipe. Hydro jet complete line with chain suter descaler. Cutting roots in small section and removing by suction 4' section of rows blocking complete pipe was remolded by running jetter through cleanout and bend . Also used retriever hand on cable machine. Replace flange water/closet and tank to bowl kit. Bolts recaulked w/c. Hydro jet complete building to end. Ran camera for video inspection, line is perfect. Septic pump out. 1 full load, pulled out lift station and dump the load in the lift station down the road. Cleared mainline stoppage through outside cleanout.
Main line blockage. Sewer replacement ASAP. Camera inspected main line. Located bad spot in pipe. Approximately 100 feet of pipe, found a belly at 90' holding water. must replace sewer behind building 2006. 1 new toilet, new wax ring, bolt and grout. Dispose of old toilet. Repair 1" water service. High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Jet out main line from roof vent stack out into septic tank. Guest toilet valve is leaking badly, Shut down whole complex and was unable to find valve for unit. Installed new angle stop with a supply line. High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Jetted out lift station with harbon jetter cleared stoppage full of grease, condoms, tampons and numerous other nasties, 3000 psi to 4200 psi. Septic Pump out. Drainfield is failing.
Service call : removed lavatory sink trap to check for dry trap issue. Trap holding water, test flush on toilet good. Leak detection with smoke test. Sink stoppage. K/S stoppage. cleared k/s stoppage through p-trap under sink. Installed new single handle diverter. Hard to access. Attempted to change cartridge on other diverter. Could not free up pass. Replacement of the diverter also. Jack hammer through concrete walkway. Excavate under house. Remove 4" cast iron sewer line. Replace approx. 18' with 4' SCH 40 PVC. Back fill under house. Concrete walk way and flower area.
Cable and televise. Replaced submer cable well all new pipe well troll. Pressure gage and pressure switch installed new pipe cap as well as hose supply. Company had to locate cleanout by removing kitchen sink cleanout on kitchen and run camera. There line into grain to locate main drain in yard onside to perform visual inspection on main under house and out towards lateral. Recommend main line be corrected to avoid fixture main line problems. Pulled urinal off wall. Cabled line and cleared stoppage. Remove old broken and corroded 50 gal. hot water heater and replace with new 6 yr. 50 gal. electric 240 volt hot water heater including new tip and 3/4" ball shut off valve. Cable to mainline from roof stack with Spartan 100 machine. Cleared stoppage. Pipes are full of muck and sludge.
Replaced toilet with new Pro Flo ADA approved toilet. Pulled strainer and broke out the bottom of the drain. Ran 5/8" cable down the trap. Tested OK. Reset sink. Kitchen sink, lav and tub are clogged. Plunged kitchen sink and lav and pulled hair. Ran drill through overflow cleared stoppages. Rebuilt with fill valve, flapper and supply line. Installed a sprayer on kitchen faucet. High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Jet out sewer line from house to tank. Septic pump out. Pump 7200 gallons from man hole and transfer to lift station from 9:00PM to 11:00PM . Damage control. Demo 25' of dry wall in 10' ceiling. Pull and reset toilet with new wax ring and bolts. remove flange and replace with new ones. Remove existing pipe and disconnect multiple trims and removed strap. Site cleanup. Install new materials- 25' of 40 sch PVC and secure with strapping. New wye fittings and misc. connections. Made repair to exposed 3/4" copper line. Backfilled 14"x14" hole cement.
Punched out plug on disposer. Dishwasher is draining fine. Made repair to 3/4" water service at PVC to galv. T with compression fitting. Cleanout cap not secured in cleanout. Several cleanout cap in stem (closet to downstairs). Removed broken cleanout cap to replace service call charge. Service charge. Outside line needs to be jetted. Full of grease. Company unjammed garbage disposal. Reset and unjammed. Took apart cleanout for bar sink drainage. Ran small cable through drainage clearing stoppage. Removed urinal from wall. Ran cable out through wall drain. Also tried to cable inside urinal from back side of urinal. Cannot get to the problem area. Poured Clobber into urinal. Covered and let sit for 20 minutes to try melting away stoppage. If doesn't work, need to replace urinal.
Cut access behind shower and removed broken section of 1/2" galvanized waterline. Made repair with 1/2" galvanized 90o threaded. Cut back copper pipe and opened drywall to allow room to sweat coupling. Sweat on extension piece of copper to install compression angle stop to new etschucian provided. Replaced p-traps and tightened basket strainers. Replaced drain stems to strainers. Septic Pump out. Recommend Bio One and drainfield replacement. Cabled sink drain and replaced toilet in bathroom. 8" line back up hole in North side of complex. Cabled with main line cable machine 6-7.Dispatch pumper truck to pump out 12,000 gallons. 8" main line sewer restoration. Football size grease chunks were coming out into liftstation as a result of cleaning.
Pump out another 7200 gallons of grease. Moved to city dump station.Run main line camera. Install approximately 600 square feet of drainfield. install new baffle tee filter. Also included in price is equipment rental. Permit application fee and system comes with ten year warranty. Installed new customer supplied compartment kitchen sink with 4 piece designer faucet. Reconnect 2" drainlines and p-trap assemblies. Diagnostic and exposure. Needs to be pumped out. Cabled through the 1 1/2 drain and found no stoppage. Ran video inspection from roof and found no obvious problems. Water drained great. Cabled main line with Spartan 100 machine up to clearing stoppage. ran video inspection after stoppage is cleared to verify condition of pipe. Pulled toilet to cable main line with general speed rooter 91 cable machine to clear line. Video inspection of main line reveals standing water in line. Access of ceiling reveals pipe collapse and leaking from 4" PVC drain lines. Requires immediate replacement to correct.
Cable main line through cleanout. Televise main line. Customer had leak. Located and exposed 3/4" water line. Cut out tree roots and rerouted approx. 5' of water line to clear tree roots. High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Jet mainline and removed sunglasses from inside pipe. Second hot water heater off kitchen has no access. Diagnosed two options: Access removable panel and replace hot water heater or repipe from first hot water heater and abandon old hot water heater. Cabled line approx. 50' thru 1 1/2" access. Ran camera and found grease. Estimate to Hydro jet line to remove grease build up. Repair broken hose bib in from of home with CPVC 1/2" fittings and water pipe. Copper water line 1/2" broken in wall behind ice machine in main floor vending machine room. Shut water off to building to isolate leak/break. Cut 1X1 access into wall to access pipe. Cut out 1/2" copper water line in wall and false ceiling and repiped line in new CPVC 1/2" water lines with new angle stop.
Drainage issues/ leaking faucets. install 1 1/4" drain pipe for beer chiller. Tightened supply line for dish area. Must order T&S valve stems for leaking faucet and new 3 way valve for dish area. Cable threw master bath roof vent. Clear blockage and all clear. 15' belly under slab between after kitchen to bath. approx. 8' of toilet. Main line stoppage through roof vent. Drain camera through roof vent. roots in sewer line need to replace. Leak in copper line. Leaking on 3/4 copper line. repair 3/4 copper line. Customer pulled and reset toilet. Cabled and ran camera found scale. Installed customer supplied 50 gallons electric 240 V whirlpool hot water heater. Remove old and dispose.
